Using Moxie

Moxie is a macOS application that helps you route requests from your tools to AI accounts and providers you choose. By downloading or using Moxie, you agree to these terms.

Free and paid licenses

The free tier allows one connected account. Paid Standard and Lifetime licenses unlock unlimited accounts. Standard includes two years of app updates and remains usable after that period. Lifetime includes future Moxie app updates. Prices and availability are shown at checkout.

Paid licenses are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Standard update renewals, if offered, are optional.

Purchases and refunds

Polar processes paid license checkout. Payment, receipt, refund, and buyer information are governed by the applicable Polar checkout terms and policies presented at purchase. Moxie does not operate a payment backend or customer database.

Your provider accounts

You are responsible for the AI accounts, API keys, provider charges, permissions, and usage that you connect to Moxie. Your use of each provider remains subject to that provider's terms, policies, and applicable law.

License restrictions

Do not resell, rent, share, or transfer a paid license except where applicable law requires otherwise. Do not use Moxie unlawfully, remove proprietary notices, or attempt to circumvent license or security controls.

Availability and backups

Moxie is provided as available. Keep your own backups of data you choose to export. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moxie is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when Moxie or its licensing changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions, email support@birju.dev.
